Definition of Balance
An even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady.
I love using the actual definitions of words. They are a clear picture and direction. Let me give you a short over-view of the concept I believe in. The LiveBalanced Project was born when I looked in the mirror one early morning with no desire to face my day. My stress level with work was off the charts, I was not sleeping enough, my own personal workouts were diminishing and my nutrition was slipping. Something had to change. These areas of my life were so unbalanced, I had so luster left and I was getting zero joy out of life. It was time to regain control and regain balance in my life. I choose the name of my business because it fits my mission statement: Life is a journey – find joy and balance along the way not at the end of the path. Our lives will always be a project, a work in progress. The LiveBalanced Project brings all the areas of your life full circle in order to keep you balanced.

Heidi has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. She is certified in AFAA Personal Training, Group Fitness, Boxing & Kickboxing, Senior Fitness, and she is a Movement Specialist certified in Ortho Kinetics. She believes that every journey begins with a single step and works towards maximizing every movement within her group classes and personal training sessions. She is a runner at heart and has personally completed over 50 half marathons.
Believing in the importance of balance, Heidi also holds multiple certifications in nutrition and sports nutrition. She has worked in a weight loss clinic creating meal plans and providing nutrition direction and counseling to clients where she also received a Lifestyle and Behavioral Coaching certification.
She is the perfect coach for you!
